4.2 ph789 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph789 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
8.1 All content on ph789 — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of ph789 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph789 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph789 content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including losses from gambling activities.
9.2 ph789 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to games or account services.
9.3 ph789's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
10.1 ph789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where ph789 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player is a Prohibited Player; (c) the Account has been compromised; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ph789.
10.2 Where an Account is terminated due to a Player's breach of these Terms, ph789 may forfeit any remaining Balance, including winnings derived from play that violated these Terms.
10.3 A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph789 customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed within the standard timeframes after account closure is confirmed, provided there are no outstanding compliance issues.
11.1 ph789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their Account settings.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph789 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.3 In respect of any regulatory or licensing disputes, the parties acknowledge the oversight role of PAGCOR and agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry or audit.
13.1 ph789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the ph789 Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.
13.2 Continued use of ph789 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using ph789 and may request closure of their Account.
